Job Title: Remote Admin & Operations Support

Experience with Simpro databaase is highly preferred. Experience in the construction industry highly preferred also

Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in administration, accounting, invoicing, council applications, and marketing support.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with our team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Back-Office Support

Manage and update customer records, job files, and scheduling systems.

Prepare and submit local council applications; follow up on approvals.

Requesting any required information from the sales team, so fast and clear communication requried

Handle email correspondence and maintain organised digital filing systems.

Track procurement activities and liaise with suppliers as needed.

Accounting & Invoicing

Generate and send invoices using Simpro software


Marketing Support

Help create and schedule engaging social media content.

Coordinate customer email campaigns and newsletters.

Update website content, business listings, and service areas as needed.

Support online reputation management (e.g., respond to Google reviews, collect testimonials).

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or operations support role.

Solid understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Experience with council or permit applications is a plus.

Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace,Canva, Simpro, Xero, and social media platforms.

Proactive, fast learner, and solution-oriented.

Working Hours

38 hours per week.

Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST) or with significant overlap.

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary (negotiable based on experience).

Performance-based bonuses.

Paid Philippine public holidays.
