Part-Time Marketing & Brand Growth Virtual Assistant

About Us:

We are a fast-growing property and lifestyle business in London, operating under the Stress Free Group brand. Our divisions include Stress Free Stays (Airbnb & Serviced Apartments), Stress Free Management (property management for landlords), and Stress Free Relocation (housing for contractors & corporate clients).

We’re expanding and need a driven, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing & Brand Growth Virtual Assistant to help build our online presence, generate leads, and support our marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage marketing funnels for our property management and relocation services.

Develop and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

Assist with brand-building campaigns, including brochures, pitch decks, and website updates.

Research and implement paid ads strategies (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive leads.

Monitor and report on performance metrics (social engagement, leads, conversions).

Manage outreach campaigns and assist with email/DM scripts.

Support CEO with personal brand content (content repurposing, captions, video briefs).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a VA, Marketing Assistant, or Social Media Manager.

Strong English communication skills (written + spoken).

Ability to design simple graphics using Canva.

Familiarity with funnels, CRMs, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar).

Knowledge of social media growth strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn).

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.

Comfortable working UK business hours (or overlapping at least 4 hrs/day).

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):

Experience with pitch deck design or presentation software.

Knowledge of SEO & content marketing.

Video editing (basic reels/shorts editing).

Familiarity with the property/real estate industry.
