Editor with ai image/ video generation experience

We are looking for a video editor with experience in AI image and video generation tools to create engaging long-form YouTube videos (storytelling-based: history, philosophy, self-improvement, etc.).

What we need:

Edit and produce min 30 videos per month (around 1h+ each).

Use scripts + narration provided.

Add fitting visuals (AI-generated images, AI clips, stock footage, simple graphics).

Ensure smooth pacing, clear narration flow, and engaging storytelling style.

Deliver high-quality, ready-to-upload videos.

Requirements:

Strong editing skills.

Experience with AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, Pika Labs, Kling, etc.) for visuals.

Ability to combine narration + visuals into a compelling, watchable format.

Reliable, consistent, and able to handle high-volume output (min 30 videos/month).

Good communication and time management skills.

Payment & Collaboration:

Fixed monthly fee.

Weekly payments for the first 2 months, then monthly.

Option to grow into a full-time role if collaboration goes well.

Bonus if you:

Can add captions, animations, or motion graphics.

Suggest creative improvements to enhance storytelling visually.

Have knowledge of YouTube best practices (retention, pacing, thumbnails).
