Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DM Outreach Specialist to execute targeted direct-message outreach on Whop with the goal of attracting video clippers/editors to join our community. This role focuses on identifying qualified clippers, initiating conversations, driving interest, and converting them into active members.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source qualified video clippers on Whop.

Send high-quality, DM outreach following our scripts and guidelines.

Engage prospects professionally, answer basic questions, and communicate our value proposition.

Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth onboarding into our community.

Maintain a consistent outreach volume (daily quotas) and meet conversion targets.

Report progress, challenges, and insights to the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in DM outreach, lead generation, or community growth is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with Whop and communities is an advantage..

Good written communication skills (English).

Ability to follow instructions strictly and maintain quality in every message.

Organized, reliable, and able to meet daily output expectations.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Web3, creator economy, or clipping/editing communities is an advantage.

Basic understanding of community onboarding.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

Daily outreach volume 250messages daily

Response rate and quality of engagements.

Successful conversions of clippers into the community.

Accuracy and consistency in tracking activities.
