Company Overview
We are a town planning consultancy specializing in land development. We work with both local authorities and private developers to manage council consent processes, prepare technical reports, and handle all aspects of land subdivisions and new constructions. As we navigate a quieter market, our focus is shifting to proactive marketing and increasing business efficiencies.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to manage our technical systems and marketing initiatives. This is a permanent, part-time role that will grow into a full-time position for the right person. You will work directly with the owner to enhance our digital presence, streamline our operations, and ensure our marketing efforts deliver a strong return on investment. The ideal candidate will take initiative, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Blog Management:
Make slight adjustments to our existing WordPress website.
Manage blog formatting, backend management, and regular updates.
Optimize website and blog content for SEO by adding keywords and handling indexing.
Troubleshoot formatting issues on our website (e.g., resizing images).


Email
Marketing & Analytics:
Manage our email marketing campaigns using MailerLite, with a focus on improving open rates and deliverability (avoiding spam/junk folders).
Analyze raw website and social media data to create clear, visual reports (e.g., graphs, tables) that show performance trends.

Technical & Systems Development:
Redesign and update our technical report templates in Microsoft Word to include features like hyperlinks and automation for data entry.
Research and compare CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and provide recommendations for a system that can be integrated with our existing platforms.

Content & Social Media:
Create professional and visually appealing social media content using Canva.
Develop engaging copy for newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials, with support from a ChatGPT agent.

Pre-requisites
Extensive experience with WordPress, including backend management and SEO optimization.
Proficiency with Canva for creating social media graphics.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, with experience in document automation and creating internal hyperlinks.
Experience with MailerLite or a similar email marketing platform.
Proven ability to conduct research and provide comprehensive reports (e.g., CRM comparisons).
Strong analytical skills for interpreting raw data and creating visual reports.
High level of initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Excellent written English skills with exceptional attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and organization.
Experience as a Virtual Assistant.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Hours & Compensation
Hours: 16 hours per week (2 x 8-hour days).

Schedule: Flexible, with a preference for days that are not consecutive.

Rate: 300 Pesos per hour.

Incentives: Includes a 13th-month bonus and a 12-weekly KPI bonus (25% of your weekly pay).
