Graphic Designer (Creative Specialist)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing marketing agency. This role is all about turning ideas into high-performing visual assets that grab attention and drive conversions. You’ll work closely with our media buyer and marketing team to produce ad creatives, social media assets, landing page designs, and branding elements that align with client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver ad creatives (Meta, IG, TikTok, etc.) that convert.
Create brand-consistent assets for client campaigns (logos, style guides, presentation decks).
Support the marketing team with landing page mockups,
Stay on top of design trends and ad creative best practices.
Collaborate with the media buyer to test and iterate creatives for maximum performance.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (bonus: motion graphics/After Effects).
Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
Understanding of direct-response marketing design (not just “pretty” but “profitable”).
Portfolio showcasing both creative flair and performance-driven work.

Executive Assistant (Agency Operations Assistant)
About the Role:
We need a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to keep the agency running smoothly. This person will act as the CEO’s right hand — handling admin, communication, scheduling, and light project management. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love bringing order to chaos, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar,
Organize and document SOPs, client records, and team communication.
Support with client onboarding, invoices, reporting prep, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between team members to ensure deadlines are hit.
Handle light research, CRM updates, and admin tasks to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp/GHL.
Comfortable learning new software and workflows quickly.
Experience supporting executives or working in a marketing/agency setting (preferred).
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and trustworthy.
