Sales & Marketing VA (Lead Generation + Social Media – Remote)

About Us:
Fresh Start University is on a mission to help people fix credit, build business credit, and unlock funding. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing VA to help us generate leads, manage social media, and support our sales process.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily outreach via Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (DMs & comments).
• Follow proven DM scripts to engage leads and set appointments.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
• Assist with creating Canva posts, carousels, and stories for social media.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports (Leads ? Calls ? Conversions).

Requirements:
• Strong written English (chat/DM style).
• Social media experience (Instagram/Facebook required).
• Basic Canva design skills.
• Comfortable with outreach and client engagement.
• Sales or lead generation background a plus.

Tools You’ll Use: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CRM, Google Sheets.

Hours: 15–20 hours/week (with some U.S. timezone overlap preferred).
Salary: $320-$480/month base + commission/bonuses for booked calls & conversions.
