Lead Generator AND Algorithm Expert | FULL-TIME

Hey! I'm currently looking for a Virtual Assistant who’s skilled in lead generation — ideally someone who knows how to find people who are actually ready to rent rooms.
Right now, we’re struggling a bit to get qualified leads, and I need someone who can really help us find, track, and improve our lead generation efforts.

What I’m Looking For:
Someone tech-savvy with a degree or background in computer-related studies
You can generate leads effectively — not just work from existing lists but actually find new potential renters on your own
You understand how algorithms and data work — basically, you're the type of person who likes to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how to make it better
You’ve got experience with lead generation tools, maybe even CRMs, scraping tools, or creative research methods
Optimize content to rank well on social media and search platforms


Requirements:
Graduate of any computer-related course
Experience in lead generation or similar work (please share examples if possible)
Strong English skills
Familiar with basic tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or scraping tools
Bonus if you have any experience in the real estate/rental space
