Dispute Specialist VA (Credit Repair – Remote)

About Us:
Fresh Start University is a U.S.-based credit repair & funding company helping clients achieve financial freedom through education, accurate disputes, and funding access. We are expanding our team and looking for a reliable Dispute Specialist VA to join us.

Responsibilities:
• Review client credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) for inaccuracies.
• Prepare and draft dispute letters (based on FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA).
• Track dispute rounds and follow up on bureau responses.
• Log and update results in CRM/dispute tracking system.
• Provide weekly reports on client progress.

Requirements:
• Strong English reading/writing skills.
• Knowledge of credit repair, FCRA/FDCPA (or willingness to learn fast).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with dispute letters, credit repair CRM, or related tasks preferred.

Tools You’ll Use: Google Workspace, CRM/Dispute Tracker, Stripe (for client billing tracking), PDF/Word.

Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible but consistent).
Salary: $280-$450/month (based on experience) + performance bonuses.
