JOB OVERVIEW

I run a couch flipping business in the U.S. and need a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with posting and customer communication. This will be a part-time role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
• Create 4 unique listings per couch on both Craigslist and OfferUp.
• Write attractive product descriptions, upload provided photos, and adjust titles to maximize reach.
• Respond to incoming buyer inquiries on Craigslist and OfferUp using prepared scripts and guidelines.
• Keep communication professional, friendly, and quick to improve conversion rates.
• Track inquiries and responses in a shared Google Sheet.

Requirements:
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Previous experience with online marketplaces is a plus (Craigslist, OfferUp, eBay, FB Marketplace, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be responsive throughout the day for messaging, not just during assigned hours.

Work Hours & Pay:
• Approximately 3 hours per day, 4 days per week for posting tasks.
• Paid at $3/hour (USD) via PayPal, or possibly easy pay
• Messaging will be handled with a per-response bonus system
