Final Drive Auto Group is a U.S.-based business that dismantles cars and sells quality OEM auto parts on eBay. We’re growing fast and need a reliable team member to help expand our store from 100 listings to 7,000+. We focus on accuracy, consistency, and building a long-term team that grows with the company.

Responsibilities

Create accurate and detailed eBay listings for used auto parts.
Enter correct part numbers, compatibility, and fitment data (training + tools provided, including PartOutPro).
Upload and organize high-quality product photos (provided by our U.S. team).
Write clear, keyword-rich titles and descriptions to optimize search visibility.
Categorize items correctly and set condition, price, and return policy.
Track listings using Google Sheets or Excel (SKU/bin locations, stock levels).
Communicate daily with the U.S. team via Slack, Trello, or Google Drive.

Requirements

Experience with eBay listing (auto parts experience a plus, but not required).
Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
Strong written English skills for professional titles/descriptions.
Reliable internet and computer capable of handling photo uploads.
Willingness to learn our systems (3d Sellers, PartOutPro).

Preferred Skills (bonus, not required)

Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology (e.g., Toyota, BMW, Honda, etc.).
Prior work listing for auto parts sellers on eBay.
Experience using fitment/compatibility tools.
