About the Role:
We’re hiring a Content Director to help create compelling, high-performing video content. This is an intensive, hands-on creative role where you’ll be responsible for filming, editing, storyboarding, and collaborating on both long-form YouTube content and short-form social videos.

This role has high earning potential for the right person who can consistently create engaging, trend-relevant content that drives results.

Salary:
Can range from 20,000 PHP all the way up to 100,000+ PHP per month depending on experience as well as output.

Responsibilities:

Film and edit long-form and short-form content (YouTube, TikTok, Reels).

Storyboard and script content in collaboration with the founder.

Capture both product-focused and lifestyle/brand aesthetic videos.

Direct and guide shoots to ensure creative quality.

Keep up with content trends and incorporate them into the brand’s output.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio in filming & video editing (YouTube/social media experience required).

Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software.

Creative storytelling ability — from scripting to editing.

Experience producing both short-form and long-form content.

Strong sense of branding and aesthetics.

Must be able to work in person in Davao City.
