Role Overview
We’re looking for a Follow Up Boss power user who can manage, optimize, and continually improve our CRM processes. This is a full-time, remote position that requires deep platform knowledge and the ability to train and support our agents and inside-sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain our Follow Up Boss account, including lead routing, action plans, automations, and integrations.
Build and refine smart lists, reporting dashboards, and workflows to maximize lead conversion.
Monitor and troubleshoot lead flow from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and quick response times.
Create training resources and conduct one-on-one or team sessions to keep agents up to speed.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and optimize follow-up sequences.
Qualifications
Proven, expert-level experience with Follow Up Boss—you know the platform inside and out, including advanced automations
Strong background in real estate operations, lead management, or inside sales.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
Tech-savvy problem solver comfortable with CRM integrations,
Outstanding communication skills; able to train and guide a team with varying tech abilities.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time on US business hours
