Virtual assistant

I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help me:

Book in sales calls via Instagram
Organise and manage my lead tracker
Handle follow-ups, basic lead nurturing, and responses
Support with Canva designs, video edits, and general admin

DO NOT apply if:

You can’t work early mornings or late evenings (UK time)
You’re juggling multiple VA clients and will treat this like “just another gig”
Your written or spoken English isn’t sharp
You’re not proactive or don’t communicate clearly
You lack hunger, ambition, or pride in your work
You SHOULD apply if:
You have strong written and spoken English
You’re an exceptional communicator and problem-solver
You can work flexible hours, including early mornings/late evenings (UK)
You’re hungry to grow with a business long-term
You take ownership and love learning new systems
You’ve got Canva and video editing skills
You’ve got a genuine interest in fitness (ideal but not essential)
