Qualifications:
Must-have:
- Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, CRM, automations).
- Comfortable with Lucidchart or similar workflow-mapping tools (Miro, Whimsical, Figma).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at troubleshooting/testing.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation tools.


Responsibilities of the GoHighLevel Automation Specialist:
Your responsibilities include:

Funnel & Automation Buildouts (GoHighLevel)
Build, configure, and optimize funnels, landing pages, pipelines, and workflows directly inside GHL
Implement automations for contracts, invoicing, lead follow-up, and sales team support
Integrate payment gateways, SMS/email campaigns, and other third-party tools
Continuously refine and test funnels to maximize performance and conversions

CRM & Data Tracking
Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM with accurate client and lead data
Develop tracking systems for sales pipelines, campaign outcomes, and client engagement
Create dashboards and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and optimize data flows

Systems & Process Design
Map workflows and operational processes using Lucidchart (or tools like Miro, Whimsical, Figma)
Translate business goals into system diagrams and executable processes
Document automations and integrations to build scalable, repeatable systems

Tech Implementation & Support
Test and troubleshoot funnels, automations, and CRM workflows to ensure functionality
Implement last-minute edits and adjustments quickly when needed
Research and adopt new GoHighLevel features to enhance performance and efficiency
