Job Title: UK Payroll Specialist (Full-Time, UK Hours)
Location: Remote (PH workers only)
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 PHP per month

About the Role:

We are a UK-based company looking for an experienced UK Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for our clients. You must have hands-on UK payroll experience and be confident with PAYE, NIC, pensions, and HMRC compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly UK payrolls (PAYE, NIC, pensions, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and The Pensions Regulator
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reconcile data
• Handle adjustments, bonuses, deductions, back pays
• Generate reports and respond to payroll queries
• Liaise with HMRC and pension providers as needed
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Proven UK payroll work experience (mandatory)
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Proficient in payroll software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable and able to work UK business hours

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, remote
• UK business hours (3:00 pm to 12:00 am Philippine)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Probationary (first 3 months): Php 40,000 – Php 50,000/month
• From 4th month: Salary review + Medical Insurance (HPPI Hive Health 200k MBL)
