Short-Form Content Specialist (Interior Design Creator | 500K+ Followers)

An exciting opportunity to run short-form content for a fast-growing interior design creator with over 500,000+ followers on YouTube and social media. Their long-form content is thriving — now we need YOU to build and own the short-form engine that takes this brand global.

What You’ll Do:
-Create and test content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts.
-Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short clips with strong hooks.
-Script, storyboard, and publish original short-form content.
-Track performance and optimize for growth (engagement, conversions, signups).
-Manage YouTube Community & Instagram posts to drive leads.
-(Bonus) Use ManyChat or similar tools to scale engagement.
-Collaborate with the video team on editing when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience creating short-form content that performs.
-Strong creative + strategic mindset — you don’t just make clips, you build systems.
-Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc).
-Comfortable with analytics and reporting.
-Interest in interior design or lifestyle content.
-Bonus: Pinterest growth knowledge.

Success in This Role:
-A consistent short-form publishing schedule is live within 90 days.
-Lead magnets and courses are actively promoted through short-form.
-Weekly reports highlight wins + improvements.
-Short-form drives measurable increases in reach, engagement, and email list growth.

-Full-time role (40 hrs/week)
