Spanish-Speaking Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Outreach Specialist)

PRISM AI Consultants, a premier U.S.-based AI consulting firm, is seeking a highly professional and reliable Spanish-Speaking Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team.

In this foundational role, you will be the key to our expansion into the U.S. Hispanic market. You will be responsible for building relationships and generating opportunities within the Hispanic community in Pennsylvania, on behalf of our CEO.
We are offering both Part-Time (20 hours/week) and Full-Time (40 hours/week) positions for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to a target list of contacts.
Conduct targeted research to identify high-potential leads and organizations.
Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and speaking engagements.
Meticulously track all activities and provide consistent, professional updates on progress.
Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements:
Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English. This is the primary requirement.
Proven experience in a relevant role such as sales, outreach, customer service, or as a virtual assistant.
A dedicated and consistent weekly schedule. You must be able to commit to a predictable schedule during U.S. business hours Eastern Time (Monday–Friday).
This role is not suitable for individuals whose current commitments would prevent a reliable work schedule.

High Level of Professionalism & Reliability. We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $3.50 USD per hour.
Growth Potential: Clear, performance-based increases up to $4.00 and $5.00 per hour.
Payment: Paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.
