Reddit Manager

We are looking for a Reddit Manager to help organize and support a growing team of virtual assistants. This role is great for someone who is motivated, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized. You don’t need years of experience — what matters most is being reliable, proactive, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities
Support and guide a team of Reddit virtual assistants.
Check daily tasks and make sure the team is meeting goals.
Keep track of performance and share simple daily reports.
Help solve small issues (such as account problems or missed tasks).
Make sure the team uses the right tools and accounts correctly.
Suggest ways to improve how the team works together.

Requirements
Some experience working with remote teams or in a leadership role is a plus (but not required).
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Organized, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or Telegram is helpful (training will be provided).
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
