Reddit Manager

We are seeking a Reddit Manager to lead and oversee a large team of virtual assistants. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing people, systems, and reporting while ensuring performance goals are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of 20+ virtual assistants.
Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance.
Motivate, support, and replace underperformers when needed.
Deliver clear daily reports with traffic, KPIs, and key issues.
Ensure proper use of accounts, tools, and workflows.
Handle challenges such as account issues, staff turnover, or performance drops.
Continuously improve processes to increase results.

Requirements
Proven remote team management experience (10+ people minimum).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Confident leadership presence with the ability to motivate and discipline.
Highly organized, KPI-driven, and comfortable managing at scale.
Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, and team communication tools (training provided).
Independent thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
