Patient Intake Specialist (Remote – Full Time)

We are a US-based medical practice focused on primary and preventive care.
Role
We need a Patient Intake Specialist to call patients before their appointments, gather medical history, and update records in EMR ( Athena Health )

Responsibilities
- Call patients to collect history, medications, allergies, etc.
- Enter information accurately into the EMR
- Ensure complete chart prep for upcoming visits

Qualifications
- Strong medical background (RN, nursing grad, MD, or similar preferred)
- Excellent English communication/ US accent
- Prior healthcare/telehealth intake experience preferred
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset

Schedule
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
US Eastern Time hours
