**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute the Stage 1 compliance check, immediately disqualifying any candidates who fail to adhere to the mandatory filter question.
* Administer and review the Stage 2 quantitative aptitude assessments via the TestInvite platform.
* Conduct structured, protocol-driven video interviews to validate candidate temperament and situational competencies.
* Coordinate and manage the Stage 5 Paid Trial, evaluating a candidate's real-world execution capability.
* Complete and submit a formal "Candidate Dossier" to the Operator for all fully vetted candidates.
