Role Overview
We are seeking an Interior Designer – Residential with a keen eye for style, versatility across
design languages, and the ability to deliver stunning interiors that elevate our projects, products,
and client experiences.
This role will focus on:
? Crafting sophisticated interior concepts that adapt to diverse markets and contexts
(from coastal and Hamptons-inspired to contemporary and modern).
? Developing mood boards and finishes schedules for all interior design elements,
ensuring cohesion across every detail.
? Coordinating with global design teams, including our Shanghai and Australia offices, to
deliver seamless project outcomes.
? Collaborating with procurement to align material and furniture selections with supply
chain requirements.
? Leveraging AI tools to rapidly explore, edit, and enhance style guides and design
options.
? Producing interior designs in SketchUp, and ideally contributing to our Revit models for
integrated project workflows.
Responsibilities
? Lead the design of interiors for residential projects, from concept ideation through to
delivery.
? Develop and present mood boards, finishes schedules, and material palettes that
capture both client requirements and Ruach’s design vision.
? Coordinate design execution across teams in Shanghai, Australia, and other global
locations.
? Partner with procurement to review and refine supply chain materials, furniture
selections, and finish options.
? Stay ahead of style trends, ensuring Ruach’s interiors reflect sophistication and
adaptability for varied markets.
? Use AI-driven tools for quick design exploration, presentation enhancement, and
efficiency.
? Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications in SketchUp, with Revit
proficiency seen as a significant advantage.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Technical Skills
? Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
? Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in residential interior design.
? Proficiency in SketchUp, with exposure to Revit highly desirable.
? Strong ability to develop interior design concepts, present digital mood boards and
finish schedules, and work with the visualization team to create beautiful interiors
for marketing, presentation, and client projects.
? Comfort with using AI tools to enhance and accelerate design workflows.
Soft Skills
? High level of sophistication and design sensitivity across multiple styles (coastal,
Hamptons, contemporary, modern).
? Strong project management and coordination skills across global, cross-functional
teams.
? Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities.
? Creative thinker with adaptability to different markets and cultural contexts.
Compensation & Benefits
? Base Monthly Salary: ?70,000-?80,000
? Wages paid weekly via direct bank transfer. Payroll processed every Saturday with a
Wednesday COB cutoff.
? Performance-based incentives available.
? Performance reviews every 6 months with potential for salary adjustment.
? Independent contractor engagement, with personal responsibility for Philippine tax
compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, income tax).
