Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Full-time, long-term role (40 hours/week)
Time Tracking: Must use TimeProof or similar

About Us

We are a Queensland-based construction company delivering high-quality playground surfacing projects, including synthetic turf and wet pour rubber systems for schools, childcare centres, councils, and commercial clients. Our work is focused on precision, safety, and delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Estimator to join our growing team remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Review construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotes & estimates
- Use Bluebeam for take-offs and measurement
- Create and manage estimates within SimPro
- Assist with ordering materials from suppliers
- Support the operations team with general administration tasks
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate costings
- Accurately log hours via TimeProof or similar

Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in construction estimating (landscaping, playgrounds, or building trades preferred)
- Proficiency with Bluebeam for take-offs
- Experience using SimPro (or similar construction/estimating software)
- Strong Excel/administration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
-High attention to detail & accuracy
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely
-Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
