About the Role

Position: Virtual Assistant Intern
Duration: 90-day paid internship with mentorship
Opportunity: Clear promotion path to a permanent VA role with higher pay and more responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Recent graduate or first-time online worker
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new skills
Full-time availability only (Mon–Fri, 8 hrs/day)
Reliable internet and a computer/laptop
Experience with websites, WordPress, and computer tasks is a PLUS!

Personality Fit (DISC Profile)
We're looking for applicants who fit the following DISC profile ranges:

D (Dominance): 20–40%
I (Influence): 35–55%
S (Steadiness): 40–60%
C (Conscientiousness): 20–40%

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: $15,000/month during training
Performance-based raises after probation
