I am launching a credit repair company and need a reliable VA to assist with setup and ongoing admin tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, or similar) and understands how to handle sensitive client information securely.
You will help with:
- Organizing documents for Texas business setup (CSO registration, surety bond paperwork, EIN, etc.)
- Preparing and managing client intake forms and contracts
- Setting up and organizing dispute letter templates
- Uploading credit reports and client data into software
- Tracking credit bureau responses and organizing files
- Assisting with CRM/automation setup
- General admin tasks as needed
This is a part-time role (10–15 hrs/week to start) with the potential to grow into more hours as the business expands.
Skills Required:
- Admin & Organizational Skills
- Strong Written English
- Attention to Detail
- Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Credit Repair Software (Credit Repair Cloud / DisputeFox preferred)
- Data Entry & Research
- CRM/Automation (Zapier, HighLevel – a plus)
- Confidential Handling of Client Data
Hours Per Week:
- 10–15 hours to start (may increase to 30–40 as business grows)
Salary/Compensation:
- $5–$7 per hour (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses and pay increases available as the role grows
