Location: Remote (Offshore)
Time Zone: Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls
Present AI automation solutions to potential clients
Manage sales pipeline and follow-up processes
Collaborate with technical team on proposals and scoping
Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications
Sales Experience:
2+ years B2B sales experience preferred
Experience with technology or software sales (preferred)
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Experience with consultative selling approach

Communication & Language:
Excellent English skills: Native or near-native level required
Clear, professional phone presence for US client calls
Strong written communication for email outreach
Comfortable presenting to executives and decision-makers

Technical Understanding:
Basic understanding of business processes and automation
Ability to learn and explain AI automation concepts
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Work Environment Requirements:
Business-grade internet: Minimum 100 Mbps download/25 Mbps upload with low latency
Professional workspace: Quiet environment for phone calls
Quality equipment: Modern computer and professional headset
Backup power: UPS or generator for power outages
Professional setup: Good lighting and background for video calls

Schedule & Availability:
Must work PST business hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST mandatory
Available for early morning or evening calls when needed
Responsive during US business hours for client communication

Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to small and medium businesses
Knowledge of automation tools or AI technologies
Previous experience working with US market
SaaS or agency sales experience
Bilingual capabilities (English + local language)
