Quality Assurance Manager

We're hiring a project manager for our Video production agency

I'm looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to review every video before it reaches our clients.
This role is about more than catching mistakes; You will make sure each piece of content looks premium, engaging, and is optimized for high performance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:
• Review videos for storytelling flow, hook strength, and audience retention.
• Ensure the edit has a premium, polished look (clean cuts, pacing, Visual effects, Motion graphics, etc).
• Verify that captions, hooks, and on-screen text are engaging, accurate, and error-free.
• Check that content is aligned with each client’s brand voice and objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to editors to improve overall creative quality.
• Maintain consistency and uphold high standards of content performance.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form and long-form content go viral.
• Experience reviewing or editing advanced social media videos.
• Eye for detail when it comes to visuals, pacing, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices.
• Ability to communicate clear, actionable feedback quickly.
