Appointment Setters / Warm Calling

We’re looking for a Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in a part-time (with the potential of being full-time), remote role focused on Appointment setting, Lead Generation and Sales. If you’re confident in your communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and want to grow with a fun, fast-paced digital marketing agency — we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage potential leads using provided tools and outreach strategies.
- Manage outbound communication via email, social media, and other lead gen platforms.
- Set appointments or transfer hot leads to the internal sales team.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a professional, friendly manner.
- Assist in light sales activities and CRM updates.
- Report weekly on lead generation progress and KPIs.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is a plus (but not required if you're a quick learner!)
- Confidence using online tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and LinkedIn.
- Must be reliable, coachable, and able to work independently.

REQUIRED: Working US Hours
- Must be willing to work somewhere between the hours of 8:00pm - 8:00am Monday - Saturday Philippine Time
- Prefer making calls somewhere in the earlier part of the day (11:00pm - 3:00am Philippine Time)
- Must be able to make a tea ---------- eting on Tuesday (9:30pm - 11:00pm Philippine Time)

NOTE: Although we do require working US hours, we are flexible on when you work during those time - if need be.

Compensation & Perks:
- $4/hour base pay
- Commission Bonus
- 13th Month Pay + All National Philippine Holidays Paid
- Performance bonuses and incentives throughout the year

NOTE: Our Service pricing range from $247+ and all marketing services requires a 3-month commitment
