Position Overview: Campus Ink is seeking a talented apparel graphic designer to join our NIL Store team, which is at the forefront of NIL merchandising apparel in the collegiate athletics space. This person will work with marketing & creative to produce on-brand and print-ready artwork for collegiate apparel and jerseys. A successful candidate has experience in apparel or t-shirt design and is knowledgeable in various printing techniques, can translate briefs into compelling designs, is motivated to use various design tools including AI and is highly detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Use your creative talents and artistic skills to create unique and compelling designs and assets that align with our brand aesthetic and licensing guidelines.
Proactively manage assigned projects; transforming briefs, concepts and requests into innovative and production-ready artwork, considering the technical aspects of apparel printing.
Have an understanding of printing techniques and production processes, including screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-fabric (DTF) to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for quality & efficiency.
Follow guidelines to ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, client specifications, and licensing requirements.
Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging tools and techniques to keep products fresh & relevant.
Assist in the organization, accessibility, and maintenance of the digital asset library.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic or apparel design with a portfolio showcasing prior work
Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop + Illustrator)
Experience in various AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others.
Experience with various apparel printing techniques, and in sizing & color separation.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work well with clear direction, manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
