We are looking for a Full Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our growing team of mortgage professionals. Below are some job duties you will be helping with and skills you must be proficient in:
- Needs to be tech savvy and computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Must be able to resize and convert image files, extract and save files in corresponding folders, etc.
- Experience with Canva or a similar program is necessary as you will be assisting with marketing requests like designing postcards, door hangers, fliers etc.
- Attention to detail is extremely important in this role. Our team will rely on you to update our systems with correct loan data, keep contact information up to date, keep our team calendar current, etc.
- You will be working within a CRM and following procedures once certain milestones are hit.
- You will be communicating with third party vendors and placing orders for certain mortgage related items.
- Must be good with numbers and able to comprehend things like mortgage rates and pricing of mortgage loan programs.
- You will be responsible for ordering Gifts for clientele when needed such as flowers, chocolates etc. through sites like Etsy, GiftTree, etc.
- There will be a variety of other admin related tasks of which SOP's will be given for.
While a mortgage background is not a requirement, it is helpful if you have previous experience working with mortgages and/or real estate.
There is potential for advancement with more complex responsibilities and a higher pay structure based on demonstrated performance and ability to manage the tasks assigned.
C1 or C2 level English is a plus as you will be placing orders and requests over the phone with some of the job duties.
