Social Media Manager

Asphalt Kingdom, a leader in the pavement industry, is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will manage day-to-day posting, video editing, community engagement, and monthly reporting across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate can write clear captions, produce long form and short form videos from raw footage, track results, and turn engagement into qualified leads while protecting and elevating the brand.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and schedule posts and stories from an approved content calendar
- Edit videos from webinars, jobsite clips, customer UGC, and screen recordings, add captions and hooks
- Respond to comments and DMs as the brand, route high-intent inquiries to the team
- Track performance and deliver a concise monthly report with insights
- Support lead generation from link-in-bio flows, gated guides, webinar signups, and high-intent DMs

Qualifications
- 2+ years managing brand social accounts
- Canva proficiency and basic video editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Strong English writing and reading skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working to a weekly publishing cadence
- Knowledge in basic GA4 and UTM tracking
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
