Customer Support Specialist – Prop Firm Industry

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM PHT
Days: 6 days per week
Salary: $400 USD / month
About the Role
WeFund is a global proprietary trading firm looking for experienced, high-level Customer Support Specialists to join our Philippines-based team. This is not an entry-level role. We want A-players who already understand the prop firm industry, work independently, and solve problems without constant supervision or unnecessary escalations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our traders, supporting them with payouts, breaches, accounts, and KYC checks while maintaining a motivating and professional tone.
Responsibilities
Handle customer support tickets via Intercom with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Support traders with account-related processes such as payouts, breaches, and verification checks
Take ownership of issues and resolve them without excessive escalation
Maintain a motivating and trader-focused tone at all times
Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve support quality
Requirements
Must be based in the Philippines
Experience in proprietary trading, forex, or financial markets required
Proven customer support experience (ideally in fintech or prop firms)
Excellent written English communication skills
Independent, reliable, and solution-driven — no hand-holding
Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup
