Video Editor - Rockstar for Ecom

We're a growing venture studio who produces content for e-commerce brands. We're looking for a super talented full-time Video Editor who can go through use our raw footage and create HUNDREDS of edits per month for paid social (META & TikTok Ads).

Responsibilities:

- Taking raw content and producing compelling ads using voiceovers
- Working with our Strategist and Content Creators to create new ad concepts
- Creating SYSTEMS and templates to implement this (can’t do this without strong templates, etc. in place)
- Working with our team (creative strategists, content creators) to execute content ideas from start to finish
- Ability to create various styles (low-end "TikTok" style, high-end "Netflix" style)

Qualifications:

- NEW AGE Video Editing skills for SPEED - Descript, CapCut, etc.
- Strong use of AI Tools - Runway.ai, Eleven Labs, Gemini, Sora, etc.
- An eye for eye-popping, high-impact clips within our raw footage
- In-depth working knowledge of TikTok organic content, as well as Facebook and Instagram Reels
- A passion for internet culture, aesthetics, trends, and finding new ideas
- No Agencies or Teams
