Lead Generation & Cold Calling Virtual Assistant

QuestRock Home Loans is looking for a motivated and confident Virtual Assistant to join our growing team as a Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist. You will be on the front lines of our business, creating opportunities and opening doors with potential clients.

Responsibilities include:

*Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads (provided lists + CRM data).
*Following up with interested prospects via phone, text, and email.
*Building relationships and setting appointments for our licensed Loan Officers.
*Managing lead information in our CRM (Shape) with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Tracking daily activities and reporting results.
*Supporting the sales team with outreach campaigns to generate new business.

Requirements:

*Excellent spoken and written English (confident phone presence).
*Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (BPO experience a plus).
*Strong communication and persuasion skills.
*Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
*Organized, reliable, and proactive with follow-up.
*Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and spreadsheets.
