???? We’re Hiring: Video Editor

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VA Video Editor who can process and create both long-form and short-form video content for Instagram and other platforms.


???? What You’ll Do

Edit and produce 8–10 videos per week (short-form reels: 30 sec – 2 min, long-form clips: 2–6 min).

Follow project requirements and brand guidelines to deliver polished, engaging content.

Join Zoom meetings 3x per week (first month) to align on projects.

Update Trello daily to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Communicate daily via Google Chat or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Submit end-of-day reports (completed tasks, problems, questions).

Sync video edits with music beats/rhythm and apply creative storytelling techniques.

Adhere to the weekly social media content calendar.


???? What We’re Looking For

Strong video editing experience (social media reels & YouTube/long-form).

Ability to follow detailed instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Excellent communication skills — proactive, responsive, and detail-focused.

Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.

Creative eye for pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through video.

Reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines.
