JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Trend & Keyword Research Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team.
Your main responsibility will be to analyze the products that we list on our Shopify stores, find the right keywords, and categorize them into the correct trend collections.

This is not a simple data-entry job – you will play a crucial role in making sure that our marketing and product strategy focuses on the right products at the right time.


Responsibilities:

Review newly listed products in Shopify on a daily basis

Research relevant keywords for each product (Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)

Determine if the product is in a current or upcoming trend

Assign the correct trend tag in Shopify based on the provided system:

UT Jan/Feb, UT Mar/Apr, UT May/Jun, UT Jul/Aug, UT Sep/Oct, UT Nov/Dec

Mark products with 4+ uptrends as Consistent Trend

Add products to the corresponding Shopify collection for better campaign planning

Work closely with the product listing team to ensure product titles, descriptions, and tags are optimized for search engines and ad platforms

Prepare a weekly report of newly tagged products and trend findings


Requirements:

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Good understanding of keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Pinterest Trends, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and eye for detail

Excellent written English communication

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Familiarity with seasonal trends and product niches (Home & Garden, Lifestyle, etc.) is a plus
