UX Designer Job Description

About Us

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency that specializes in building websites and funnels that convert. We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join us on a contract basis for the next few months (10–15 hours per week). You’ll work directly with our internal team to create clean, modern, and conversion-optimized user experiences.

What You’ll Do

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and sales funnels that drive measurable results
Collaborate with project managers and marketing strategists to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions
Refine and optimize existing page designs for better user flow and conversion
Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually aligned with brand guidelines, and ready for developer handoff
Participate in internal reviews via Slack and provide timely updates through our project management system (Teamwork)

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in UX/UI design for websites and funnels, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates results-driven design
Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, responsive design)
Understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
Strong eye for clean, modern design that balances aesthetics with function
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment
Open to communication via Slack and daily updates in Teamwork (Project management tool)
Commitment

Contract role: 10–15 hours per week
Duration: 3–4 months with the potential for extension
Flexible schedule, but must be available for team check-ins during business hours 8-4 PST

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience designing for e-commerce, course platforms, or SaaS
Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and ad creative design
Experience working in builders such as ClickFunnels, high-level, etc
