We operate five established Amazon businesses across multiple categories — from journals and pens to travel accessories, spot patches, oven gloves, craft kits, eco-friendly packaging, and food flasks. With a growing portfolio of brands and plans to acquire more, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team full-time.
This is a senior role suited to someone who has already managed multiple accounts at scale — ideally from an Amazon aggregator or large brand.
Role Responsibilities
- Account Health & Compliance: Manage cases, performance notifications, and appeals to keep accounts in good standing
- Listing Optimisation: Update and improve product titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content for SEO and conversions
- Create new listings as required
- Customer Service - Directly reply to customer messages and reviews in line with brand tone and standards
- Product Launches (Light Involvement) - Support new SKU launches with keyword research and basic setup
- Strategic Support: Proactively identify issues and opportunities and tork through a structured task list provided by leadership
Requirements
Minimum 3 years Amazon account management experience
Experience at an Amazon aggregator or large brand (essential)
Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Helium10
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across multiple brands
Able to work independently now, with the potential to manage a team as we grow
Role Details
Full-time – 48 hours per week
Must overlap with UK hours (6:30am – 3:00pm UK time)
Salary: $700/month (negotiable for highly experienced candidates)
Location: Remote – Philippines-based preferred
