General VA for Marketing & Special Events

The Role
We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Events Coordinator) to join our remote team in the Philippines. You’ll support our marketing and events operations, taking on tasks that keep our campaigns, webinars, and virtual events running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
-Coordinate webinars & virtual events (setup, registration, live support, follow-ups)
-Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions
-Create and schedule social media contents (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
-Update marketing materials & website content
-Research events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities
-Track and report on campaign/event performance
-Create some designs in Canva
-Monitor mentions in LI, X and Reddit (help to engage / track)

What We’re Looking For
-3+ years experience as a VA, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
-Experience with webinars/events and online tools (Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.)
-Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace (preferred)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent English communication skills
-Proactive and resourceful mindset
