We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Repair Virtual Assistant who is proficient in Credit Repair Cloud to support our growing credit repair business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with credit repair processes, dispute management, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts within Credit Repair Cloud (onboarding, updates, progress tracking).
Pull and review credit reports from all three bureaus.
Identify, dispute, and track inaccurate or negative items on credit reports.
Draft, send, and monitor dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM.
Communicate with clients regarding status updates and next steps.
Ensure compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, and credit repair industry standards.
Assist with generating client progress reports.
Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in credit repair services and dispute processes.
Proficiency with Credit Repair Cloud is required.
Strong understanding of credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with client onboarding and CRM management.
Knowledge of credit scoring models and financial literacy best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
