E-commerce Data Specialist:


Location: Metro Manila (Specific location provided upon qualification)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site ONLY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented E-commerce Data Specialists to join our team in maintaining and configuring product data systems for a leading international e-commerce platform. This role involves working with complex product categorization systems and ensuring data accuracy across multiple product verticals.
Key Responsibilities

-Configure and maintain product category trees and attribute systems
-Review and apply data management guidelines with high accuracy
-Collaborate with international teams on product data optimization
-Ensure compliance with platform standards and quality requirements
-Support business operations through systematic data management
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data processes

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university (transcripts required)
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance will be considered

Industry Background (At least one of the following):

FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Consumer Electronics
Fashion & Apparel
Home Décor & Furniture
Outdoor & Sports Equipment
Automotive or Motorcycle Parts

Technical Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Proficiency with data management systems and spreadsheet applications
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and maintain high accuracy standards
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) preferred

Professional Requirements:

Must be Filipino citizen/permanent resident
English proficiency certification required
Available for immediate start
