Outreach Specialist (High-Intent SEO Mentions)

We’re looking for an Outreach Specialist to help get our products featured in listicles and roundup articles. These mentions boost our online visibility and play a big role in how Google and AI tools recommend our products.

What You’ll Do

-> Take a list of high-intent, bottom-funnel keywords (5–8 per client).

-> Google each keyword and identify 15–20 relevant websites ranking on pages 1–3.

-> Filter out competitor sites and shortlist websites that published listicles or product roundups.

-> Research and find the right contact (author, editor, CMO, or marketing lead).

-> Run multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, possibly Twitter/X) with personalized pitches.

-> Follow up 3–5 times in a respectful, persistent way.

-> Track all outreach activity and follow-ups in a structured spreadsheet or CRM.

-> Ensure every client’s outreach pipeline is organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

- Native English speaker (must sound natural and not robotic in written communication).

- Proven outreach experience (SEO, PR, or link-building background is a plus).

- Excellent research skills for finding accurate contacts.

- Strong copywriting ability to craft outreach messages that don’t feel templated.

- Persistence + professionalism — able to follow up without being pushy.

- Highly organized — can manage multiple clients, keywords, and outreach campaigns simultaneously.

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, LinkedIn, email tools, and light automation.

- Familiarity with SEO and why listicle mentions matter (not required, but preferred).

Salary: $500 - $800/mo based on experience and skill.
