Job Description:
We are a growing e-commerce skincare brand targeting Europe. We are looking for an experienced video editor to create high-performing ad creatives for our Meta campaigns.
Your role:
- Edit short-form video ads (15-30s) for Instagram and TikTok
- Craft strong hooks and stories that grab attention and build curiosity
- Use user-generated content (UGC) and source footage to create multiple ad variations for testing
- Integrate captions, transitions, effects, and trending sounds to create a native social feel
- Collaborate with our team on creative direction while bringing your own ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands on Meta platforms.
- A portfolio that showcases your best work and demonstrates your ability to produce high-quality, effective ad creatives.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and ad psychology (fast cuts, pattern interrupts, and what keeps people watching).
- Ability to create compelling narratives that showcase product benefits and solve a customer's problem.
- Reliable and communicative with a fast turnaround (24-48 hours per ad)
- Experience with dropshipping or DTC brands is a plus
