We are a tech startup.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative whose main job is to find small companies in the USA who could host our “orbs” (we rent space from them for a monthly fee).
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting: find small businesses (in certain industries / locations) who might be good fits
Outbound outreach via
Qualifying leads: determining whether the prospect is interested and viable (budget, location, willingness)
Setting up handoff / introductions to a senior sales executive when the prospect is engaged and ready
Maintaining records in our CRM or tracking spreadsheets
Regular reporting: daily or weekly on outreach done, leads generated, success rate etc.
Requirements
Strong written & spoken English, friendly & professional phone manner
Previous experience in outbound sales / SDR or telemarketing, ideally to US?based small businesses
Ability to do cold outreach
Comfortable working with targets (e.g. number of calls /
Basic tech skills: CRM knowledge, ability to use phone dialing tools, scheduling tools etc.
Reliable internet, appropriate setup for calls (quiet environment, good mic/phone)

Flexible hours, but need some overlap with US business hours (EST / your timezone)
