Creative Assistant – Video, Graphics & Photo Editing
Part-Time (20 hrs/week) – Growth Potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT (option to shift 12:00–4:00 PM PT)

We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who enjoys variety and loves bringing ideas to life through video, design, and photo editing. This role is a chance to work independently while also being part of a supportive Art Team that shares ideas, learns together, and inspires each other.

What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, promos, ads).
• Design branded graphics and social content in Canva.
• Do confident photo editing in Lightroom (beyond the basics, able to produce polished and consistent results).
• Use Photoshop for touch-ups and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Art Team on creative projects while also managing your own work independently.
• Deliver polished, on-brand visuals on time.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong CapCut skills (must show client-ready work).
• Canva design experience with an eye for branding and storytelling.
• Lightroom ability that shows you can edit photos with confidence and consistency.
• Photoshop skills for professional image finishing.
• Someone who works well on their own but also enjoys being part of a creative team.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.

5. A short 1–2 min introduction video (tell us why you’re a great fit).
6. A note about your availability (confirm whether you can work 9–1 MT or 12–4 MT).
