HVAC Lead Generation & CRM Specialist – Ameriwest Home Services
Offer: $800 USD per month + Commission on Closed Sales

Ameriwest Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to connect with homeowners in need of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. This role is focused exclusively on residential HVAC lead generation, client outreach, and CRM management.
You’ll work directly with leads generated from Yelp, Google Local Ads, RP1 messaging system, and AmeriWest’s existing client list. In addition to handling new inquiries, you’ll also re-engage past Ameriwest clients for tune-ups, memberships, and upgrades, and follow up on past quotes that remain open to help close more opportunities.
At the start, you’ll train closely with management to learn our services and sales process. Over time, you’ll take ownership of homeowner communication, appointment scheduling, and supporting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management – Handle homeowner leads from Yelp, Google Local Ads, RP1 messaging, and AmeriWest’s client list.
• Lead Qualification – Verify homeowner details (phone,
• CRM Management – Enter and organize all leads in Sera CRM, update pipeline stages, and track notes.
• Outreach & Communication – Respond promptly to new leads, send follow-up messages, and make calls using approved scripts.
• Appointment Setting – Schedule HVAC tune-ups, repairs, and replacement consultations for our technicians and sales team.
• Client Re-Engagement – Contact existing Ameriwest clients for annual tune-ups, memberships, and upgrade opportunities.
• Past Quotes Follow-Up – Reach out to homeowners with open quotes to answer questions, build trust, and encourage moving forward with Ameriwest.
• Sales Transition – Support management in early conversations, then handle more outreach and scheduling independently.
Work Schedule
• 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
• M–F: 30–45 min daily check-in call with management (one-on-one) 8AM PST
• Fully remote position
• High-speed internet required
Required Skills & Experience
• Fluent English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory. Must speak clearly and confidently with U.S. homeowners.
• Experience in B2C lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support (home services industry preferred).
• Knowledge of lead handling through Yelp, Google Local Ads, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Sera CRM (training provided if needed).
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Sales & Communication Skills
• Clear, professional, and friendly spoken English for homeowner conversations.
• Strong written communication for follow-ups and reminders.
• Active listening to identify HVAC needs (maintenance, repairs, replacements).
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Confidence in promoting Ameriwest services (tune-ups, memberships, system upgrades, replacements).
• Persistence in closing open quotes and converting opportunities into scheduled jobs.
Tech & Tool Skills
• Sera CRM for pipeline and sales management.
• RP1 messaging system for lead communication.

• Google Sheets for lead/appointment tracking.
Growth Path
