We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us scale.

Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing our Go High Level CRM, running automations to optimize lead generation, and creating professional marketing materials for our deals. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with technology, understands how to set up and maintain automations, and has an eye for design when creating marketing content in Canva. The right candidate will be able to balance both the technical and creative aspects of the job, ensuring that our systems run smoothly while our brand and deals are presented in a professional, attractive way.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Manage and optimize the CRM (Go High Level or comparable).
Build and maintain automations and workflows.
Organize and track leads for timely follow-up.
Create flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva.
Assist with property marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media.
Prior experience as a VA, marketing assistant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRMs (preferably Go High Level).
Proficiency in Canva.
Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
Creative mindset with the ability to present professional marketing content.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Experience in real estate.
Familiarity with social media campaigns.
Knowledge of email and SMS marketing.
