Job Description

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team part-time. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing posting schedules, and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and edit content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Manage and schedule posts using our content calendar and tools (Canva, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Write captions with strong hooks, CTAs, and brand-consistent voice

Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and grow community interactions

Research trending audio, hashtags, and content ideas to stay ahead of trends

Track analytics and provide basic reports on growth and engagement

Collaborate with team on campaign ideas and creative direction

Requirements:

Strong English writing and communication skills

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (video & graphic editing)

Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms & trends

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Previous experience in social media management preferred

Compensation:

Competitive part-time rate (to be discussed based on hours and experience)
