Reach Accounting Solutions provides bookkeeping and financial management services for a portfolio of businesses spanning multiple industries. Currently, we manage the accounting for 8 separate businesses, and we are growing. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and ensure accuracy and efficiency across all accounts.
The Role
The Bookkeeper will handle the day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple entities. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting our leadership team with accurate, timely financial data.
Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping for 8 businesses, ensuring all accounts remain up to date.
Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts monthly.
Track accounts payable and receivable across entities.
Prepare financial statements and reports for business owners.
Maintain organized digital records for audits and tax filings.
Coordinate with owners/CPAs on quarterly and annual tax preparation.
Qualifications
Proven bookkeeping experience (multi-entity experience preferred).
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different businesses.
Strong communication skills and discretion with sensitive financial data.
Preferred Experience
Background in managing books for small businesses, LLCs, or partnerships.
Familiarity with payroll platforms (iSolved, Gusto, ADP) and expense management tools.
Experience in real estate, healthcare, or service-based businesses a plus.
Compensation
Part-time contract role with potential to expand into full-time.
Compensation based on experience.
